1. General Terms

- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions and may vary depending on the specific cruise package, departure date, and time of cancellation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Timeline

More than 30 Days Before Departure:
If you cancel your cruise more than 30 days before the departure date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee [5% of amount]. -
15 to 30 Days Before Departure:
Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to departure will be refunded at [50%] of the total booking amount, minus a processing fee. -
7 to 14 Days Before Departure:
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before departure will be eligible for a refund of [25%] of the total booking amount. -
Less than 7 Days Before Departure:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
3. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies:
If you are unable to attend the cruise due to a medical emergency, please contact us with documentation (e.g., doctor’s note), and we will work with you to arrange the best possible solution. -
Cruise Line Cancellations:
If We cancels the trip for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled cruise, as per the cruise line’s policies. We will notify you immediately and assist in making alternative arrangements. -
Force Majeure:
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (force majeure), refunds will be determined based on the cruise line’s cancellation policy. We will work with you to provide the most favorable solution.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable, regardless of the timing of your cancellation:
- Booking and processing fees
- Insurance premiums (if applicable)

If you wish to change the date or passenger details on your booking, we will assist you based on the cruise line’s policies. Please note that changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
